صوفی در ادامه گفت: در جشنواره امسال آثار برخی شبكه های رادیویی از جمله قرآن، معارف، نمایش و رادیو نوا به صورت مستقل ارزیابی شدند زیرا برای نمونه در برنامه های شبكه های قرآن و معارف فاقد عنصر موسیقی هستند و ممكن بود حقی از برنامه سازان این نوع برنامه ها ضایع شود.

وی تفاوت دیگر جشنواره امسال با دوره های گذشته را ایجاد بخش های ویژه و اختصاصی از جمله بخش 'بیداری اسلامی' برشمرد.

صوفی با اشاره به برگزاری طرح '4+12' در حاشیه جشنواره رادیو اظهار داشت: مخاطبان شبكه های رادیویی با پاسخگویی به سوالات مطرح شده هر یك از این شبكه ها به عنوان مهمان در جشنواره دوازدهم رادیو شركت می كنند.

معاون صدا برگزاری مسابقه برای طراحی پوستر جشنواره سیزدهم را از دیگر اقدامات دست اندركاران رادیو برای ایجاد تعامل دو سویه با مخاطبان این رسانه عنوان كرد.

صوفی افزود: در طرح ' انتخاب' نیز همه شبكه های رادیویی برنامه های خود را در معرض قضاوت مردم قرار داده اند تا آنان بهترین های هر شبكه را انتخاب و معرفی كنند.

معاون صدا گفت: به نفرات اول، دوم و سوم هر یك از بخش های این جشنواره علاوه بر تندیس و لوح جشنواره به ترتیب مبلغ دو میلیون تومان، یك میلیون و 500 هزار تومان و 700 هزار تومان به عنوان جایزه نقدی اهدا می شود.

صوفی تاكید كرد : در این دوره تنها آثار مورد تقدیر قرار نمی گیرند بلكه مشاغل تولید هر اثر مورد داوری قرار گرفته اند و قرار است به نفرات برتر در بخش های مختلف تولیدات رادیویی از جمله گویندگی، نویسندگی، سردبیری و ... جایزه اهدا شود.

صوفی افزود: از میان آثار رسیده 73 اثر به مرحله نهایی راه یافتند كه شامل 13 كشور خارجی، 12 شبكه رادیویی استانی و 9 شبكه رادیویی ملی است كه در نهایت به 16 اثر شایسته جایزه و تندیس اهدا می شود.

وی گفت: در مجموع در بخش بین المللی جشنواره رادیو 8 تندیس و 16 لوح تقدیر به منتخبان اهدا می شود و در بخش داخلی نیز 30 تندیس و 60 لوح تقدیر به نفرات برتر اهدا خواهد شد.
