در و دیوار این شهر و محاوره های روزمره مردم این تفاوت را تایید می كند و شمارش معكوس برای آغاز مرحله دوم نهمین دوره انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی در حوزه انتخابیه كرمانشاه آغاز شده است.

رییس ستاد انتخابات كرمانشاه نیز از فراهم بودن تمامی مقدمات لازم برای برگزاری انتخاباتی پرشور و قانونمند در دور دوم انتخابات مجلس نهم در شهرستان كرمانشاه خبر داد.

' جلال منكرسی ' در گفت و گو با خبرنگار ایرنا، با بیان اینكه انتخابات دور دوم مجلس نهم در شهرستان كرمانشاه همچون دور اول بصورت نیمه الكترونیك برگزار می شود، اضافه كرد: در این دور نیز، ارایه كارت ملی برای رای دهندگان ضروریست.

وی در پایان گفت: امیدواریم در دور دوم انتخابات مجلس نهم ، مردم حماسه ای دیگر همچون 12 اسفند 90 خلق كنند.

همچنین جانشین ستاد انتخابات استان كرمانشاه در خصوص این مرحله از انتخابات در حوزه انتخابیه كرمانشاه گفت: تمامی افرادی كه در مرحله اول انتخابات شركت نكرده اند می توانند در دور دوم شركت كنند.

' هومان بهرامی ' در گفت وگو با خبرنگار ایرنا افزود: این بدان معناست كه بعنوان مثال افرادی كه در دور اول انتخابات مجلس نهم در 12 اسفند 90، در هیچ حوزه انتخابیه ای رای نداده باشند، می توانند در مرحله دوم در هر حوزه انتخابیه ای كه بخواهند به فرد مورد نظر خود رای دهند.

وی گفت: اما افرادی كه در مرحله اول در یك حوزه انتخابیه شركت كرده اند دیگر نمی توانند در دور دوم در حوزه انتخابیه ای دیگری برای رای دهی حضور یابند.

بهرامی اضافه كرد: به عنوان مثال فردی كه در مرحله اول انتخابات مجلس در حوزه انتخابیه قصرشیرین رای داده است، نمی تواند در مرحله دوم انتخابات مجلس در حوزه انتخابیه كرمانشاه شركت كند.

جانشین ستاد انتخابات استان كرمانشاه در ادامه با بیان اینكه در مرحله دوم انتخابات مجلس متولدین 15 اردیبهشت 73 به قبل قادر به شركت هستند، گفت: برای این دور از انتخابات مانند مرحله اول تعداد 568 شعبه برای حوزه انتخابیه كرمانشاه در نظر گرفته شده است.
