همچنین تاسیسات جمع آوری، تراكم و انتقال گازهای همراه تولیدی با ظرفیت حدود پنج میلیون و 640 هزار فوت مكعب در روز احداث می شود كه این تاسیسات برای ظرفیت سازی كل گاز همراه 150 هزار بشكه در روز مخزن آسماری مد نظر است.

بر اساس این موافقتنامه یك واحد بهره برداری و نمك زدایی جدید با امكان فرآورش نفت با 20 درصد آب همراه احداث خواهد شد كه این ظرفیت واحد، تولید روزانه 75 هزار بشكه نفت در روز است.

بر اساس این گزارش، احداث تاسیسات برق رسانی و انجام اقدامات مطالعاتی و آزمایشگاهی جهت تكمیل مطالعات روشهای بازیافت پیشرفته از دیگر فعالیتهای مصوب فاز دوم واحد بهره برداری و نمك زدایی میدان منصوری است.

به دنبال این پروژه، حدود 500 نفر به طور مستقیم و دو هزار و 500 نفر به طور غیر مستقیم مشغول به كار می شوند و تولید نفت تا سقف 150 هزار بشكه در روز و تولید گاز به میزان 22 میلیون و 500 هزار متر مكعب در روز افزایش می یابد.

زمان تولید زود هنگام این طرح سال 1392 و تاریخ تكمیل آن سال 1395 است.

دستیابی به تولید 100 هزار بشكه نفت خام طی فاز نخست توسعه میدان در مرداد ماه سال 1386 محقق شد و تاكنون كه بیش از 56 ماه از آن زمان می گذرد، تولید نفت ناشی از توسعه فاز اول، ‌حدود 70 میلیون بشكه ( برداشت تقریبی هفت میلیارد دلار) بوده است.

توسعه فاز دوم طرح منصوری با هدف افزایش تولید تا سقف 150 هزار بشكه در روز در نیمه دوم سال 90 به شركت مهندسی و توسعه نفت ابلاغ شد.
