در ماههای اخیر دهها فرد هزاره‌تبار در این شهر هدف حملات مسلحانه قرار گرفته و کشته شده‌اند. هزاره‌های کویته خود را قربانی قتل‌های هدفمند می‌دانند.

معترضان روز جمعه، ۱۵ ثور/اردیبهشت در میدان شهید مزاری در غرب کابل تجمع کردند و با صدور قعطنامه‌ای، این کشتار را به "تروریستهای محلی و بین المللی" نسبت دادند.

'سهل‌انگاری'

آنها در بخشی از این قطعنامه خواستار اقدامات جدی‌ نیروهای امنیتی و دادگاه عالی پاکستان برای دستگیری و محاکمه این کشتار شده اند.

سازمان دهندگان این تظاهرات نیروهای امنیتی پاکستان را متهم به "سهل‌انگاری" در این مورد کرده و گفته اند که این امر باعث شده که کشتار هزاره‎ها در پاکستان به وسیله گروههای تروریستی به "امر روزمره و عادی" تبدیل شود.

تظاهرکنندگان کابلی علیه پاکستان شعار سر دادند و در یکی از شعارهای آنها آمده است: "پاکستان جنایت را رها کن" و در شعار دیگری آمده که "نسل‌کشی هزاره‌ها را متوقف کنید".

تظاهرکنندگان از دادگاه بین المللی کیفری خواستند تا کشتار هزاره ها در پاکستان به عنوان "جنایت علیه بشریت" مورد بررسی قرار دهند.

معترضان در این راهپیمایی از سازمان ملل و دادگاه بین المللی کیفری خواسته اند که کشتار هزاره ها در پاکستان را به عنوان "جنایت علیه بشریت و نسل‌کشی" مورد بررسی قرار دهند.

هزاره‌ها پیش از این در شهرهای بامیان و نیلی در مرکز افغانستان هم اقدام به راهپیمایی مشابهی کرده‌اند.

همچنین اخیرا دهها تن از فعالان هزاره‌ در مقابل سفارت پاکستان در شهر لندن اقدام به راهپیمایی اعتراضی مشابه کردند.

عبدالله اکبری، از این فعالان، به بی‌بی‌سی فارسی گفت که خشونت‌ علیه هزاره‌ها با سایر خشونت‌های فرقه‌ای و نزاع شیعیان و سنی‌ها در پاکستان متفاوت است.

روز جمعه، ۱۵ اردیبهشت (۴ مه)، قضات دادگاهی در فرانسه ادلن هیشور، فیزیکدان سازمان اروپایی تحقیقات هسته‌ای - سرن - را در ارتباط با اتهام تلاش برای اجرای عملیات تروریستی مجرم شناخت و به پنج سال حبس محکوم کرد.

آقای هیشور، که دارای تابعیت دوگانه فرانسوی و الجزایری است، در اکتبر سال ۲۰۰۹ بر اساس گزارش ماموران اطلاعاتی فرانسه که به ایمیل‌های او دسترسی یافته بودند، بازداشت شد.

ظاهرا پلیس زمانی درصدد کنترل ایمیل‌های این شخص برآمد که یکی از اطلاعیه‌های شبکه القاعده از آدرس ایمیل او برای رئیس‌جمهور فرانسه ارسال شد.

در برخی از این ایمیل‌ها، ادلن هیشور محل‌هایی در اروپا از جمله تعدادی از پایگاه های نظامی فرانسه نزدیک مرکز سرن را به عنوان هدف های مناسب برای حملات تروریستی پیشنهاد کرده بود.

متهم پرونده در مرکز تحقیقات سرن فعالیت داشت

پلیس در جستجوی خانه والدین ادلن هیشور در نزدیکی مرز فرانسه و سوئیس مجموعه مفصلی از جزوه های تبلیغی القاعده و سایر گروه های اسلامگرای افراطی را یافت.

این ایمیل ها حاوی تبادل نظر بین ادلن هیشور و فردی بود که، به گفته دادستانی، رابط گروه موسوم به القاعده مغرب اسلامی محسوب می شد.

القاعده مغرب اسلامی به عنوان شاخه شبکه القاعده در شمال آفریقا شناخته می شود و گفته می شود در سال های اخیر، مسئول یک رشته عملیات خرابکاری در منطقه بوده است.

پلیس فرانسه با استناد به این ایمیل ها، ادلن هیشور را به برنامه ریزی برای اجرای عملیات تروریستی در خاک فرانسه، مشابه حملات یازدهم سپتامبر سال ۲۰۰۱ در آمریکا، متهم کرد.

این فیزیکدان فرانسوی - الجزایری از زمان بازداشت تا زمان برگزاری محاکمه به مدت دو سال نیم در زندان بود.

محاکمه او در اواخر ماه مارس آغاز شد و وی در آغاز محاکمه اعتراف کرد که به دلیل فشار روانی، به ارسال ایمیل های مورد استناد دادستانی مبادرت کرده بود اما در نظر نداشت به عملیات تروریستی دست بزند.

با اینهمه، قضات دادگاه گفتند که محتوای این ایمیل ها از محدوده تبادل نظر یا تبلیغ سیاسی و دینی فراتر رفته و "به حوزه تروریسم و اقدامات خشونت آمیز وارد شده است."

به گفته آنان، متهم در صدد ایجاد هسته های عملیات تروریستی در فرانسه برآمده بود.

به گزارش خبرنگار فرهنگی ایرنا، 'داستان ایرانی و بازار جهانی'، عنوان یكی از نشست های روز جمعه سرای اهل قلم بیست وپنجمین نمایشگاه بین المللی كتاب تهران بود كه با حضور كارشناسان و مترجمان حوزه كتاب برگزار شد.

در این نشست كه كارشناسان حوزه نشر بین الملل حضور داشتند، چگونگی ورود و حضور ادبیات داستانی ایران در عرصه بین الملل به نقد وبحث گذاشته شد.

'سیدعلی كاشفی خوانساری' كارشناس حوزه نشر و كتاب كه مدیریت این نشست را بر عهده داشت، تاكید كرد: با وجود سابقه چندهزارساله ادبیات در ایران، ادبیات داستانی كشور همچنان بدرستی به ناشران خارجی معرفی نشده است.

وی با بیان آنكه ادبیات داستانی مدرن در ایران بیش از 150 سال سابقه دارد، افزود: یافتن راه حل عملی برای معرفی ادبیات داستانی ایران به دیگر كشورها، هدف اصلی این نشست تخصصی است.

'آرمان گودرزی' مترجم كتاب كه مدتی نیز در حوزه همكاری های نشر به زبان های فارسی و فرانسه فعالیت داشته است، در این نشست گفت: با وجود آنكه در میان كتاب های منتشر شده در فرانسه، حجم قابل توجهی از آثار به صورت ترجمه از دیگر زبان ها بوده اند، اما ادبیات ایرانی در میان این كتاب ها جایگاهی ندارد.

وی افزود: بررسی ها نشان داده كه اگر كتابی از زبان فارسی به فرانسه ترجمه شود، بیش از هر چیز به علاقه ناشر و یا مترجم به زبان و ادبیات فارسی باز می گردد و ناشی از یك ارتباط درست بین ناشران ایرانی و فرانسوی نیست.

گودرزی با بیان آنكه دیوان غزلیات حافظ بزرگترین كتاب ایرانی است كه به فرانسه ترجمه و چاپ شده، ادامه داد: مشكل آن است كه در ایران ابتدا كتاب ها ترجمه می شوند و سپس برای نشر آن در كشور مقصد، بدنبال ناشر می گردیم در حالیكه بهتر است ترجمه آثار به زبان كشور مقصد برعهده همان كشور مقصد گذاشته شود تا علاوه بر ترجمه صحیح، بازار خود را نیز بیابد.

'مجید جعفری اقدم' كارشناس نشر بین الملل و مدیر آژانس ادبی 'حوا' نیز در این نشست گفت: مشكل عمده ای كه ناشران ایرانی در بازارهای بین المللی كتاب دارند، آن است كه آثار ایرانی به خوبی معرفی نمی شوند و ناشران خارجی از وجود این كتاب ها بی اطلاع هستند.

وی افزود: بسیاری از ناشران خارجی در نمایشگاه های بین المللی با مشاهده رمان های فارسی معاصر در غرفه ایران ابراز تعجب می كنند.

این كارشناس حوزه نشر اضافه كرد: ناشران ایرانی شیوه تعامل درست با ناشران خارجی را بلد نیستند.

جعفری اقدم، با تاكید بر آنكه نهادهای فرهنگی برای تقویت ادبیات ایران در بازار بین المللی نشر باید راهكارهای حمایتی در نظر یگیرند، افزود: باید از ترجمه و چاپ كتاب های ایرانی توسط ناشران خارجی در كشورهای مقصد حمایت كرد نه آنكه در داخل سفارش ترجمه و چاپ آنان را داد و نتوان برای آن بازاریابی كرد.

وی گفت: ناشران ایرانی برای حضور در عرصه بین المللی باید قاعده بازی را بلد باشند كه یكی از این اصول، پایبندی به قانون كپی رایت است.

'غلامرضا امامی' نویسنده و مترجم پیشكسوت حوزه ادبیات كودك ونوجوان كه در زمینه ترجمه كتاب به زبان ایتالیایی فعالیت دارد نیز از دیگر سخنرانان این نشست تخصصی بود.

وی گفت: در حالیكه همچنان ادبیات داستانی ایران برای كشورهای همسایه كه از نظر فرهنگ و آیین، ریشه های مشتركی با ایرانیان دارند به درستی معرفی نشده است، چگونه می توان بدنبال چاپ ادبیات داستانی ایران در كشورهای اروپای غربی و آمریكایی بود.

این مترجم پیشكسوت افزود: اگر كتابی از ایران در ایتالیا به چاپ رسیده، به خاطر اشتراكات فرهنگی است كه دو كشور دارند.

امامی با یادآوری آنكه كشیشان مسیحی در كشورهای مسلمان آثار متعددی از ایران از جمله نسخ خطی، آثار تعزیه و نسخه هایی از ادبیات فارسی را جمع آوری و به واتیكان ارسال كردند، گفت: چند سال پیش ترجمه ای از دیوان حافظ به زبان ایتالیایی منتشر شد كه مورد استقبال مردم این كشور قرار گرفت.

وی با بیان آنكه از ادبیات معاصر ایران نیز به تازگی برخی آثار به ایتالیایی ترجمه شده، اظهار داشت: ترجمه این آثار موجب شد تا سطح آگاهی ناشران ایتالیایی از ادبیات داستانی معاصر ایران افزایش یابد.

امامی گفت: به تازگی دو كتاب از مرحوم 'سیمین دانشور' با ترجمه آریانا فرخی به زبان ایتالیایی ترجمه شده است.

این نویسنده پیشكسوت با بیان آنكه رایزنان فرهنگی ایران در سایر كشورها در معرفی ادبیات داستانی كشور به ناشران خارجی تلاش نمی كنند، افزود: بسیاری از آنان حتی به زبان فارسی و پیشینه آن تسلط كافی ندارد چه رسد به آنكه به زبان كشور مقصد مسلط باشند و بتوانند مروج زبان فارسی در آن كشورها باشند.

'محسن سلیمانی' مترجم باسابقه حوزه ادبیات داستانی و كارشناس نشر در حوزه بین الملل، سخنران دیگر این نشست تخصصی بود كه گفت: آثار ادبی برخی زبان ها مانند فرانسه، آلمانی و عربی بدون حمایت دولت ها امكان ترجمه و معرفی به دیگر زبان ها را نمی یابند.

وی، راه اندازی كرسی های آموزش زبان، برگزاری دوره های آموزشی و ارتباط با ناشران و نویسندگان را سه شیوه برای ارتباط بین زبان های مختلف عنوان كرد و گفت: در كشور این سه شیوه به شكل های ناقصی اجرا شدند و نتیجه آن شد كه آثار ایرانی برای ترجمه به فارسی زبانان سفارش داده شدند.

سلیمانی ادامه داد: نتیجه این شیوه آن بود كه آثاری سرشار از غلط ها در ترجمه تهیه و به دیگر كشورها ارسال شد كه گاهی خواننده را دچار سوءتفاهم می كرد.

این كارشناس حوزه نشر تاكید كرد: برای توسعه ادبیات داستانی ایران در دیگر كشورها بهتر است از مترجمان كشورهای هدف بهره بگیریم، تا از نظر كمی و كیفی به نتیجه مطلوب برسیم.

سلیمانی پیشنهاد كرد كه مجموعه آثار ایرانی به یك ایرانشناس در كشور مقصد عرضه شود تا وی بر اساس ذائقه مخاطبان كشور خود آثار مورد نظر را انتخاب و ترجمه كند.

وی گفت: شاید بهتر باشد كه به توسعه زبان فارسی به عنوان یك عنصر موثر در تامین امنیت ملی كشور نگاه شود تا نتیجه مورد نظر حاصل شود زیرا در بسیاری از كشورهای عربی و اسلامی، جنبه های سیاسی ایران از جمله انرژی هسته ای، اسامی مقام ها و مسوولان ایرانی جا افتاده است و آنان آگاهی چندانی از ادبیات و نویسندگان بنام ایرانی ندارند.

كاموس ادامه داد: در حالیكه نگاه بسیاری از كشورهای عربی و اسلامی به ایران یك نگاه مرجع است اما ما چیزی در حوزه ادبیات برای عرضه به آنان نداریم.

وی گفت: ادبیات اخلاقی و تعلیم و تربیت یكی از نیازهای كشورهای عربی در سال های اخیر است كه با توجه به رشد اینگونه آثار در ایران می توان آنها را برای ناشران این كشورها عرضه كرد.

كاموس تاكید كرد: جهان عرب توجه جدی به حوزه ادبیات كودك ونوجوان و امور تربیتی دارد؛ ضمن آنكه كشورهای عربی نسبت به آثار غربی زاویه پیدا كرده اند و می توان گفت فرصت خوبی برای عرضه كتاب های ایرانی به این كشورها فراهم شده است.

بیست وپنجمین نمایشگاه بین المللی كتاب تهران تا 23 اردیبهشت ماه در مصلای امام خمینی(ره) برپا است.
