او همچنین با اشاره به تداوم رسیدگی به پرونده اختلاس در بیمه ایران، این پرونده را فساد عظیمی خوانده که برای مدتی طولانی در دادگاه در حال رسیدگی است و در بخش هایی منجر به صدور حکم شده است.
